When Covid hit we saw travel come to a complete stop. Many companies struggled to stay a float – but the good host agencies found ways to help their travel agents through this extremely difficult time. We took this time to really focus our energies on training, making sure our agents would be ready when it was ok to book travel for their clients again. We kept our training calendar full, created social media graphics, reported on what was happening in travel to help our agents stay up to date with new travel processes and procedures. Here are a few of the series I created to help spread positivity.
