Party On South Waterloo, an annual fundraising event to help raise funds for Shoes and Clothes for Kids, had its new branding design debut in June 2024.
As the “Party on South Waterloo” event was moving to a new location… SC4K’s new home, the opportunity to redesign the logo presented an exciting challenge. My primary goal was to capture the essence of the new venue by incorporating the iconic building of their new home, while ensuring the design still aligned with the event’s well-established brand guidelines.
I focused on maintaining the recognizable elements of the brand, such as the color palette, typography, and overall aesthetic, so the new logo would seamlessly integrate with their marketing materials. The inclusion of the iconic building not only pays homage to the new location but also adds a fresh, dynamic layer that reflects the evolving nature of the event. By blending the familiar with the new, the logo continues to convey the festive energy of “Night at the Shoreby” while embracing its future in this exciting new space.
This rebrand included a new logo, a digital program of sponsors and information about the event, a report card to mark off the event stations visited, event station signs, nametags, a powerpoint slide template design, save the date postcard, invitation flyer and digital banners to promote the event online.
